poLight ASA (OSE: PLT) today announced that five new Wuxi iData Technology Co., Ltd. barcode scanning devices will leverage its TLens® autofocus tunable optics in their Android-based T1Pro, K3Pro, T3Pro, T5 and K8Pro Series of devices. Optimized for industrial, retail and logistics warehouse data collection applications, these barcode scanners utilize TLens® ultrafast, ultralow power with constant field-of-view focusing capabilities to greatly improve scanning efficiency. poLight ASA received a purchase order worth approximately NOK 200,000 for initial mass production demand and fulfilled the order in June 2025.

poLight ASA (OSE: PLT) will display the first prototype LCoS light engine projector for AR smart glasses integrated with the company’s TWedge® wobulator pixel-shifting technology, in booth S31 at AWE USA 2025 in Long Beach, California, June 10 - 12, 2025. The prototype includes a Goeroptics 28-degree field of view opto-mechanical light engine developed with an OP3011 VGA LCoS microdisplay from OMNIVISION in a compact 7.5x7.5x17.0 mm form factor.

poLight ASA (OSE: PLT) announced today it is in the process of implementing its tunable optics technology in an off-the-shelf (OTS) M12 focusing camera lens for industrial machine vision OEMs. Leveraging poLight’s ultrafast (~1ms), ultralow power consuming(~1mW) TLens®, these new lenses enable design engineers to rapidly set and change object/focal distances to accommodate different scenarios. Initially a family of three lenses supporting 1/3” image sensors such as Sony’s popular IMX900 sensor, the product range will be expanded to other focal lengths and image formats in the future. Pursuant to the Investment Agreement, the Company will issue 63,743,112 new shares to Q Tech at a subscription price of NOK 2.69 per share, raising total gross proceeds of NOK 171,468,971.28 (the "Private Placement"). The issuance will represent approximately 32.97% of poLight's outstanding shares following the Private Placement, and Q Tech will have the right to nominate two members to poLight's Board of Directors.
